Q: How do I set
my browser to accept cookies?
A: Find the browser, version and platform which you are using
from the choices below and follow the instructions. ("MSIE"
= "Microsoft Internet Explorer")
Netscape 3 (Windows and Mac)
1. Select Network Preferences from the Options menu.
2. Click the "Protocols" tab.
3. Make sure the box next to "Accepting a cookie"
is NOT checked.
4. Or, if it is checked, click the "OK" button when
a window pops up to ask if you want to allow a cookie to be
set.
Netscape 4 (Windows and Mac)
1. Select Preferences form the Edit Menu.
2. Select Advanced from the Category list on the left.
3. Select either "Accept all cookies" or "Accept
only cookies that get sent back to the originating server."
4. If the box next to "Warn me before accepting a cookie"
is checked, click "OK" when window pops up to ask
if you want to accept a cookie.
Netscape 4.7
To enable cookies in Netscape 4.7x, click on Edit, then Preferences.
Once in the preferences, Click on Advanced, and make sure
that Netscape is set to accept all cookies.
MS IE 3 (Windows)
1. Select Options from the View menu.
2. Click the "Advanced" tab.
3. Make sure the box next to "Warn before accepting cookies"
is NOT checked.
4. Or, if it is checked, click the "Yes" button
when a window pops up to ask if you want to accept a cookie.
MS IE 3, 4, 5 (Mac)
1. Select Preferences from the Edit Menu.
2. Select Cookies (under "Receiving Files") from
the list on the left.
3. Select "Never Ask", "Ask for each site,"
or "Ask for each cookie" where it says "When
receiving cookies:"
4. If you select an "Ask" option, click the "Accept"
button when a window pops up to ask you about a cookie.
MS IE 4 (Windows)
1. Select "Internet Options" from the "View"
menu.
2. Click on the "Advanced" Tab.
3. Scroll down to where you see a yellow and black Exclamation
point and the word "Cookies" after it. Select either
"Always Accept Cookies" or "Prompt Before Accepting
Cookies."
4. If you select "Prompt Before Accepting Cookies",
click "Yes" when a window pops up to ask if you
want to allow information to be stored to make web browsing
more personalized.
MS IE 5 (Windows)
1. Select "Internet Options" from the "Tools"
menu.
2. Click on the "Security" Tab. Make sure "Internet"
is the selected zone. (Click on the globe in the top part
of the window.)
3. Select "Medium" for the Security Level. This
will allow cookies.
4. If you choose to set up a Custom level instead of the Default
level, make sure that you have selected "enable"
or "prompt" for cookies.
MS IE 6 (Windows)
1. Click on Tools menu and choose Internet Options.
2. Click on Privacy tab and then click on Advanced.. button.
3. Click on Accept on both rows.
4. Click button OK on all opened windows.
MS IE 7 (Windows)
- Click Start and select Control Panel.
(Windows XP Classic View - click on Windows Start button
and select Settings and Control Panel).
- Double-click the Internet Options icon.
- Select the Privacy tab.
- Under Settings, click Advanced button.
- Check the box Override automatic cookie handling under
Cookies section in Advanced Privacy Settings window.
- Under First-party Cookies, select Accept.
- Under Third-party Cookies, select Accept.
- Check the box Always allow session cookies.
Click OK.
- Click OK to exit.

NEXT: Click on the "Sites" button.

In the text box labeled "Address of Web site:",
type in http://www.sunshinecrafts.com. Then click the
"Allow" Button.

Click the "OK" Button at the bottom, then click
the "OK" Button again to close the "Internet
Options" window.
AOL Browser
1. From MY AOL in the Toolbar select PREFERENCES.
2. Click on the WWW icon.
3. Click on the ADVANCED SETTINGS... button
4. Under RECEIVING FILES, click on COOKIES. (If you do not
see the cookies selection under Receiving Files, click on
the triangle to the left of Receiving Files.)
5. You can now select the "Never ask" option from
the WHEN RECEIVING COOKIES drop-down menu.

It's easy to tell if you're on a secure site. As you switch
into secure mode--usually at checkout, right before you enter
your credit card information--you will typically get a message
from your browser (provided your browser is configured to
do so) and you notice the url address in your browser navigation
bar indicates the switch to secure mode with the HTTPS.
, "s" meaning "secure" of course.
Once you enter secure mode you will see a lock (in the locked
position) or a key (that is unbroken) in the bottom corner
of your browser window.
When completing the shopping process at SunshineCrafts.com,
the padlock will appear immediately after you have fill in
the screen that request your name/address/phone number and
email.
The next screen is the one that asks for your credit card
number, and is in secure mode (httpS url in browser
navigation bar & padlock at bottom).
