We value our international customers and we make every effort to protect your secure information. Therefore, we process address verification on every order paid by credit or debit card. This process verifies that the billing address for the order matches the address on record with the credit card issuer. In order to verify this information, we ask our credit card processor to send your information via facsimile to the credit card issuer in your country. We then wait for a written response to verify that the information matches. This may take 7-10 business days.

If we are unable to verify your address, you will be contacted and you will have an opportunity to pay via a wire transfer. You may also pay with a money order in US funds. After we receive your alternate payment, your order will be shipped promptly.

For all wire transfers, you will need to add $10.00 to your total for the transfer fees. Once we have established a business relationship, we will not need to verify your address again unless you are using a different credit card.

We usually ship international orders via the United States Postal Service International Priority Mail. Insurance and a $5.00 International handling fee (only $2.50 for our Canadian neighbors) is included in the shipping cost of an international order. You can get an estimate of the charges after entering your items in the shopping cart. Typically, the shipping cost for the first pound is very expensive. Then the cost does not rise as much as more items are added to your order.

TO ESTIMATE YOUR SHIPPING CHARGES in our shopping cart: simply refer to the SHIPPING ESTIMATOR at the bottom of the page. If your order is being shipped outside the U.S., leave the zip code blank and pick your country from the list. Then click ESTIMATE SHIPPING. The estimated charges will be shown below the button.

The postage may vary slightly due to various factors including the number and size of boxes. We will not know the exact shipping cost of your order until it is in our shipping department.

If you specifically request, and your order weighs less than four pounds, we may be able to save you some shipping cost by sending your order via US International First Class Mail. Orders shipped by First Class surface mail are not trackable, traceable or insurable. Shipping via this method is at the customer's risk.

MINIMUM ORDERS - To keep our prices low, a $2.50 US small order handling fee will be included in the shipping and handling charges for orders under $20 US.
