Instructions for using
MY ACCOUNT / ACCOUNT TOOLS
You will have four options:

View/Modify your Billing
Address information
Here you will be able to make changes to the billing address
for your orders. This address should match the billing address of the
credit card you will be using as your payment. As soon as you click save
changes, your information will be updated. This will apply to future orders
but will not change the billing address for orders you entered previously.
To return to the TOOLS page simply click on your highlighted email address
at the top of the page: Hello:

View/Modify your Shipping
Addresses
Here you will be able to add, edit and delete shipping addresses
for your orders. You may have as many different shipping addresses as
you like. You should give each different shipping address a unique nickname
so it will be easy to select the correct address when you check out. Your
primary shipping address will be the same as your billing address and
it will be called BILLING ADDRESS. Other nicknames could be WORK, CABIN,
MOM, etc. To edit or delete a shipping address, simply click the appropriate
link next to that address. To add a new shipping address to your account,
click the link at the bottom right of the window. Create
New Address >> Your new
shipping address will be available for future orders; you will not be
able to appy it to orders you entered previously. To return to the TOOLS
page simply click on your highlighted email address at the top of the
page: Hello: CUSTOMER@YAHOO.COM

View your Order History and
Track Shipments
Here you will be able to view your past orders and track
them. You will see a list of every order since early 2004 with the most
recent order at the top. It will look something like this:

* NOTE: If you don't see all of your orders listed here, please call
customer service so we can correct this for you.
You may click on the ORDER # link
to view the order details, including bill to and ship to addresses, merchandise
and prices, sales tax, shipping charges and order total. If you would
like to track the order, simply click on the
TRACK SHIPMENT link. To return to the TOOLS page simply click
on your highlighted email address at the top of the page:

Change your Email Address and/or Password
Here you will be able to change your registered email address and/or password.
You will use this information to LOGIN the next time you shop.
This is the email address where your order confirmations will be sent
AND where our Customer Service Representatives will write if we have
questions about your orders. Please note that your password is case
sensitive. If you forget your password, simply click the Forgot
your password? link and your password will be emailed to
you.
