- Misc: 24ga wire, scissors, plastic knife.
Directions:
- Tie wreaths together with floral wire.
- Apply snow with a plastic or palette knife.
- Wrap ribbon around snowman's neck overlapping to form scarf.
- Trace a basic picture of a top hat onto the E-Z felt. Cut out & apply some snow.
- Wire stems of holly berries.
- Cut tiny hole in hat for stems. Glue to back of hat.
