Materials:

  • Scissors
  • 2804-68, 3” Sinamay hat
  • 20525, Red Acrylic Paint
  • 10421-30, Red Chenille x12pc
  • 1019-06, Red Marabou Feathers
  • 1019-10, Purple Marabou Feathers
  • 1880-30, Barpin adhesive back

Directions:

  1. Paint hat red, let dry.
  2. Wrap feather around crown of hat. Using end of stems to hold feathers in place.
  3. Glue pin back & it’s ready to wear!
