Directions:
- Paint the top third of each marshmallow head black
and set aside to dry.
- With a craft knife or scissors, cut out mittens
and carrot noses from craft foam. Cut oval shapes
from the thick black foam sheet for ice skates.
Slide a paper clip from front to back into the foam
skate to form runners.
- Cut 2-4" long pieces of chenille stem for
the arms and legs. Using a toothpick, poke a hole
from side to side through the body, then push stem
through foam for arms. Make a hole in the bottom
of the body (apply a drop of glue) and insert folded
end of another stem into the hole to form legs.
- Attach skates and mittens the same way, applying
a drop of glue first each time.
- Cover the top of the box with Snow Tex and allow
to dry.
- Cut a 3" piece of chenille stem and wrap
where the black paint meets the white face to form
brim of hat. Trim hat with tinsel poms.
- Using a toothpick and black paint, dot on eyes
and mouth, and glue on foam carrot nose.
- Embellish with small foil packages or candy canes
to your liking.
