HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER

  • SELECT YOUR ITEMS
    • To shop by product CATEGORY, simply click the desired CATEGORY button on the left of any page. SUB-CATEGORIES are listed alphabetically. You can also SEARCH for items by keyword or type a stock number from our print catalog into the search engine.
    • Send the items to your shopping cart by clicking the ADD TO CART button that appears under the product description. The default quantity for each item is (1). If you are ordering quantities of 12 or less, you can change the quantity before adding the item to your cart by clicking the little black arrow next to the quantity selector box.
    • Clicking ADD TO CART will take you immediately to your shopping cart where you can change quantities and/or delete items. Every time you change quantities in your cart, you should click SAVE CHANGES to update your information.
  • PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
    • If all or part of an item you ordered is not available, the shopping cart will inform you about the available vs. backorder quantity. Before checking out, you will be able to set your backorder preferences. You will have the option to tell the shopping cart if you prefer to make a partial shipment of available items and send out of stock items later, or if you prefer to delay shipping your entire order until it is complete.
  • SHIPPING ESTIMATOR
    • At any time, you can estimate your shipping charges by filling in the information that applies to your shipping address. If you are in the U.S., fill in your 5-digit zip code where indicated. If you are outside the U.S., select your country from the pick list by clicking the little black arrow. Click the ESTIMATE SHIPPING button and shipping methods available to your address will be displayed along with their approximate cost.
  • CHECKOUT
    • When you are ready to check out, click the PROCEED TO CHECKOUT link at the top or bottom of the cart. You will then proceed to the login screen. Sign in using your email address and password. If you have trouble logging in, check to make sure you are typing in lower case.
    • ** If you have never shopped with us, or if you are an existing customer but have NOT registered to use the new checkout, please complete the form on the right side of the page to setup your account. After signing in, you will be asked to set up the shipping address for your order. You may ship the order to your BILLING ADDRESS or any other address. When you order again, you can pick from your list of shipping addresses. Check the box if you wish to edit the shipping address you have selected. **
    • Hint: Give each shipping address a Nickname such as HOME, OFFICE, MOM, etc.
  • REVIEW AND SUBMIT YOUR ORDER
    • Next you will proceed to Review and Submit your order. On this page, you will have another opportunity to edit your billing and/or shipping addresses by clicking on the link below each address. You may also change the quantities on your order. (Be sure to click SAVE CHANGES after making any changes.) If your order is ready to ship, the cart will now display your merchandise total and sales tax if your order is being shipped to Florida.
  • BACKORDER PREFERENCES
    • If anything is out of stock, these items will be highlighted yellow.
    • At the bottom of the cart, please read carefully any information provided in red about your backorder status. You can choose to "ship what's available and backorder the rest" or "hold the order until all items can ship." Make your selection by clicking the little black arrow next to the selector box and then click SET BACKORDER PREFERENCE.
    • After you have set your backorder preference, the cart will display your merchandise total and applicable sales tax.
    • If you have elected to make a partial shipment, the cart will show the merchandise total and the value of your shippable items.
    • Backorders are usually shipped within two weeks. If your items are delayed longer than two weeks, we will contact you with an expected delivery date.
  • SALES TAX AND SHIPPING
    • If your order is being shipped to Florida, you will be charged sales tax only on the items that are shipped. Tax will be charged on backorders when they are shipped. Shipping will also be charged on backorders based on your location and the weight of the package.
    • All shipping methods that are available to your address will be shown with their cost. ** Occasionally the cost of expedited shipping methods may vary from the amount shown due to circumstances such as dimensional weight that cannot be calculated by the shopping cart. Choose your shipping method by clicking the little black arrow next to the shipping selector box.
  • SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS & PAYMENT
    • Be sure to write any special instructions in the space provided before submitting your order. This may include extra delivery instructions for the carrier, such as "leave on porch" or "please apply my $2.50 credit."
    • Complete your payment information, including the name as it appears on the credit card. You can select the card type and expiration date by clicking the little black arrows next to the selection boxes for each item of information. Review your order carefully, and when you are satisfied that everything is correct, click SUBMIT YOUR ORDER.
    • Please print a copy of the order receipt that pops up. You will also receive an email confirmation of your order and another email when your order is shipped. If your order is delayed for any reason such as a credit card decline or address verification, we will contact you by email. If backordered items are not able to ship within two weeks, we will also send you an email.

  • Simply click on a button on the left to view product listings,descriptions and photos. From there you can browse that related product listing.
  • If you are looking for something more specific, search our product list by keyword in the top frame.
  • Remember to use the BACK button on your browser for easier navigation to return to a previously viewed page.
  • After adding a couple of items to your cart, please verify these items are indeed in your cart by clicking "VIEW CART" button.
  • You can change quantities of items at checkout. When ready to check out, simply click on VIEW CART

    • 2. Your internet connection is using a proxy server that changes
      your IP address while you are still connected to the net,
    • 3. After you place an order. The "Secure Online Credit Card Transaction" payment option causes the cart to delete your basket contents after an order is completed. This is standard.
