SHIPPING
In our efforts to offer competitive shipping rates, we have two flat rate shipping options for our customers in the continental U.S. In addition, we offer EXPEDITED shipping methods including US Priority Mail, Overnight, 2 Day Air, and International Priority Mail. If your shipping address is a PO Box, you must choose Priority Mail. If you do not have US mail delivery at your physical address please read the UPS ONLY instructions.

UPGRADED SHIPPING (1-5 business days) is only $1.00 more than STANDARD SHIPPING. UPGRADED orders will be sent to you via UPS ground or US Priority Mail at the discretion of our shipper. UPGRADED and EXPEDITED orders will be processed ahead of STANDARD orders each day. If you do not have US mail delivery at your physical address please read the UPS ONLY instructions.
** Delivery may be 6 business days for a small number of customers in remote areas of MT, ID, WA, NV, and CA. RATE CHART

PO BOX - If your shipping address is a PO Box or your order MUST be delivered by the US Post Office for any other reason, then you must choose PRIORITY MAIL for your shipping option.

UPS ONLY - If your order can ONLY be delivered by UPS (United Parcel Service), please choose UPGRADED SHIPPING and type 'UPS ONLY' in the comment section when you check out.

PO BOX AND PHYSICAL ADDRESS WITH SAME ZIP CODE - If you have entered a PO Box and physical address with the same zip code on your shipping label, our shopping cart will only allow you to select Priority Mail for shipping. For STANDARD or UPGRADED shipping, please write us a note in the comment box at the end of your order. Our web specialist will then make the adjustment to your shipping before your order is processed.

STANDARD SHIPPING (4-14 business days) will be sent to you via one of these carriers: UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post, at the discretion of our shipper. Many STANDARD SHIPPING orders are sent via Parcel Post. There is no tracking if your order is sent via Parcel Post and delivery can take as long as 14 business days. STANDARD orders will be processed after UPGRADED and EXPEDITED orders each day. If you do not have US mail delivery at your physical address please read the UPS ONLY instructions. RATE CHART

SHIPPING SURCHARGE - Actual shipping cost will be applied to heavy items including but not limited to gallons of liquids, large vine products, etc. as noted in our print and online catalogs.

AK, HI, PR, US VIRGIN ISLANDS, MP, PW, GUAM & APO/FPO. All orders that are outside the Continental US with US zip codes will be shipped PRIORITY MAIL. You will be charged for shipping plus insurance and $1.00 handling. For prepaid orders, estimated postage is 20% of the merchandise total (minimum $10.00). Any overpayment will be credited to your account. Personal/business checks may be held 3 weeks.

CANADA: Orders to Canada may be shipped by USPS or UPS . Cost is shipping plus insurance and $2.50 handling.

** PRIORITY MAIL - the only shipping method available for orders shipped to a PO Box or orders with a US zip code that are outside the 48 continental states, including PR, HI, AK, US VIRGIN ISLANDS, GUAM, MP, PW. The post office says Priority Mail is usually delivered in two business days within the US, but this is not a guaranteed 2-day service. *Please note that the cost you see for Priority Mail service is only an estimate and may vary according to various factors including package size.

** EXPEDITED SHIPPING - Overnight and 2-Day Service within the Continental US is provided by UPS. If you live in a remote area, overnight and 2-Day service may not be guaranteed to your area. Our shipping zip code is 33773. You can check transit times at UPS.com. *Please note that the cost you see for Overnight and 2-Day service is only an estimate and may vary according to various factors including package size.

DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT will not affect your shipping rate if you choose our FLAT RATE Standard or Upgraded shipping, however it may affect the shipping cost of an order being delivered by an expedited service such as UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Overnight, Priority and Express Mail and International Priority Mail. Dimensional weight considers density, which is the amount of space a package occupies in relation to its actual weight and it is now factored into the shipping weight by every package delivery service. Large, lightweight objects will cause the shipping weight of a package to be more than the actual package weight especially when the package is being delivered by an Air method such as 2 Day Air, Overnight, Priority Mail and International Priority Mail.

We have made every effort to provide you with an accurate estimate of the shipping cost for your air delivery package but we do not know the actual cost until your order is in our shipping department. In some cases, when the actual shipping cost is significantly higher we will attempt to contact you. If we are not able to contact you we will make a decision on how to ship your Rush order. Any order that is cancelled once it reaches our shipping department will be assessed a 20% restocking charge. ** INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL USUALLY BE SHIPPED VIA US INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY MAIL. Other shipping methods must be pre-arranged by emailing to INTERNATIONAL SPECIALIST.

International First Class Mail is available by special request if your order weighs less than four pounds and meets the size requirements. Some very small orders may be shipped using an International Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelope at a lower rate. For these methods, please submit your order and write a note in the shopping cart comment box asking us to determine if the lower rate will be available for your order. Our International Specialist will review your order and reply before processing your credit card.

You will be charged for shipping & insurance plus a $5.00 handling charge. Payment is accepted by money order (US funds), credit cards, wire transfer and PayPal. For pre-paid orders, estimated postage is 40% of merchandise total. Any overpayment will be credited. * Please note that the cost you see for International mail service is only an estimate and may vary according to various factors including package size and dimensional weight. Orders less than $20 US will also have a $2.50 US small order fee.

CANADA: All orders to Canada are shipped by USPS or UPS. The cost is shipping plus insurance and $2.50 US handling.

** INTERNATIONAL credit card orders may be delayed if we have to contact your bank for address verification. Please provide the CVV2 credit card code to help us verify your identity and avoid delays. PAYMENT - We accept checks (order held 7 business business days), money orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express, wire transfers, and PayPal. To pay by wire transfer, please email for instructions. Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 service charge.
