Please note that we cannot process backorder shipments for PayPal orders. We can hold your order up to 2 weeks for out of stock items.

1 - Hold your entire order until complete and make one shipment.
2 - Ship all the available items right away and backorder the out of stock items. There will be a shipping charge of between $4.00 and $7.95 for the backorder shipping.

Generally, backordered items will arrive within two weeks. After two weeks if any items have not arrived, they may be cancelled.

Unauthorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Please send your return to our street address: Sunshine Discount Crafts 12335 62nd St. N., Largo, FL 33773. Write your return authorization number on the outside of the box. NO RETURNS on books, videotapes, DVD's, closeouts or special orders. Closeout/markdown items are noted on our website with a note in the description such as: ‘Limited quantities available’ or ‘while supplies last’ or ‘Reduced’. Please enclose a copy of the original invoice and a brief explanation. Exchanges are treated as a new order. Please include applicable shipping & handling charges. If the cost of shipping your original order exceeds the shipping charges paid, your return credit may be reduced by all or part of the original shipping cost.
