Even though you were out of stock you informed me immediately of a probable shipping date and gave me the option to ship what you did have in stock. I just wanted to say thank you. Your company is awesome and is now going to be my new supplier for my craft. I placed my very first order with your company on 3/15/05 and to my surprise, received it on 3/19/05. To receive my order in less than a week...that is the best! 4 days, WOW! I did not even request priority delivery. I used to order all of my supplies directly from P****. After numerous problems with them on every order I placed...from orders taking over 2 weeks to arrive, missing items in orders, replacement of missing items taking over 3 weeks to arrive, over charges on my credit card and very poor customer service all around, I decided it was time to take my business elsewhere. Looking for a new supplier led me to Sunshine Crafts. Your prices blow P**** away, as does your speed in processing and shipping orders! What a pleasure it is to deal with a company that aims to please! I will be dealing with Sunshine Crafts from here on out. Thank you so very much!
