To create Faux Dichro Glass Jewels, layer Faux Dichro Liquid Glass with Faux Dichro Luminous Elements on glass or other surface. When satisfied with the look, allow to dry overnight to settle. Then apply one final layer of Liquid Glass. Dry 24 hours or more, and when completely dry, add one coat of either Hi-Gloss Top Coat or Pro's Choice Top Coat and dry throughoutly before creating Faux Dichro Jewelry.
